MDM Lead / Architect is needed to lead the requirement analysis, design, development, implementation and support of a Customer MDM (B2C & B2B) environment in BFSI domain. The qualified candidate will take a lead role in implementing and supporting MDM project in a large and complex data landscape. The qualified candidate must have the following skills and experience: Overall, 12-15 Years of experience , 5-7 years of MDM experiences with Min 2 end to end MDM implementations in Customer Domain Thorough knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts & Methodologies and ability to apply this knowledge in building and maintaining MDM solutions Demonstrated hands-on experience and proven technical proficiency with Ataccama MDM including batch based and real-time data processing. Experience with other MDM tools such as Informatica MDM & IBM MDM may also be considered Must have very good understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) architecture patterns , Data Quality and Data Governance processes Must have hands-on experience with Ataccama ONE MDM configurations - Data modelling (Instance & Master) , Data Mappings & Plans, Data validation, Match and Merge rules, writing and customizing webservices / APIs and customizing/configuring Data stewardship UIs Ability to Design, document and configure the MDM system to support data integration(inbound & outbound), cleansing, matching and Merging Must have participated in and led the requirement gathering/ solution design for MDM initiatives in AWS cloud PaaS environment Must have participated in Migrating a legacy MDM environment (SAS / Data Flux MDM) to newer platforms such as Ataccama MDM , Informatica or IBM MDM Thorough knowledge of application development, database management and operations Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments Strong Data Modelling Experience with exceptional SQL Skills Deeper understanding of Data Quality/Standardisation/Cleansing approaches and Experience with any leading DQ tools such as Ataccama , Informatica IDQ would be preferred Experience in Unix, Scheduling Tools Excellent communicator and Strong Collaborator in a multi-stakeholder environment
