The role As part of the Harvest Works Crew, your primary purpose is to have pods ready for harvest. You will: Assist with net changing and rigging, pod movements, maintenance and equipment installation. Assist with feed bin fills, mort pumping, feeding fish and feed equipment maintenance checks. Monitor and report all predator activity. Located near Dover, you will be working full-time as part of a small team on a 7 on 7 off roster. This position comes with the opportunity to complete your Cert III in Aquaculture through which you will gain your Coxswains ticket. About you Strong time management skills and the willingness to learn new skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships within a team. Strong ability to adapt, deal with uncertainty, and remain calm in a changing environment. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive focus on continuous improvement. A commitment to working safely in a dynamic environment, identifying risks, and taking appropriate action. Bonus points for experience on the water and relevant qualifications and tickets.
