We work in partnership with the individual and their support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capacity and work with participant's interests. We meet participants in their community setting to support building inclusive environments to suit their needs and work on transferrable skills that relate to their everyday lives. We are currently looking for a Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner or will support the right candidate with the registration process, however will be required prior to start date. We offer a very strong individualised support and supervision structure that assists in development of learning & career goals.
