In this vital leadership role, you’ll guide your team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay. Key responsibilities: Create an outstanding first impression by delivering a warm, seamless guest welcome and maintaining Front Office standards. Greet guests on arrival, ensure they are comfortably settled, and assist with any needs during their stay. Maintain clear, professional, and honest communication with guests to make accurate bookings and provide assistance. Lead and support the team to consistently deliver exceptional service. Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate guest accounts and assist with daily financial reporting. Manage team rosters effectively to meet budget requirements. Support the Hotel Manager with recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
