Job Description This is an exciting 12 month maximum term contract opportunity for a highly intelligent and passionate Commercial Finance leader to join our team. You will work closely with the CFO and SIXT leadership team to develop and execute the company's financial strategy. This includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and commercial decision-making to optimise profitability and business growth. What you'll do Business partner with the Sixt leadership team on strategic initiatives and in driving business performance Challenge the Sixt business strategy development to ensure a robust financial strategy is developed for the business and then drive the execution of the strategy Lead a high performing commercial finance team that delivers quality insights, recommendations and reporting to the Sixt business and the NRMA Group Provide thought leadership on industry best practice for processes, benchmarks and key metrics Provide robust commercial finance support for tactical business performance Develop objectives and development plans with each team member and track the achievement of these plans What you'll bring Degree in Finance, Business, Economics (or similar) CA or CPA qualification (MBA preferred) Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership role with commercial exposure Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities Team engagement and leadership experience TM1 / PA / Hyperion expertise would be highly regarded What's in it for you?
