Located in North East Victoria, the Wangaratta Hardcourts are looking for a fun, motivated and professional coach with a passion for working in the community and delivering tennis to all ages. The Wangaratta Hardcourt Tennis Association, located within the HP Barr Reserve sporting precinct, has 5 hardcourts under lights, fully accessible clubhouse for all abilities with kitchen, meeting space and toilet/shower facilities, storage area for equipment. We are looking for the newly appointed coach to deliver Hot Shots, junior squads, private lessons and Cardio Tennis (optional) across multiple nights per week – this can be up to the discretion of the coach with huge potential to deliver tennis coaching in the North East. As a community club, we are seeking a coach to offer affordable access to tennis for all ages and abilities, attract new players and retain existing players, and support in transitioning juniors into senior play (social and competition). The coach must have adequate insurance, working with children check, police check and First Aid certification as well as a Tennis Australia qualification (Development, Club Pro or a Community Coach who would be working towards these qualifications).
