We’re seeking an experienced Retail Lease Administrator to join an established and respected national retail landlord with a diverse property portfolio. Highly desirable and well-regarded here Key Responsibilities Relationship Management & Leadership: Build strong, productive relationships with tenants, internal teams, and external partners Proactively address tenant issues and support risk mitigation strategies Collaborate with colleagues across business lines to maintain best-in-class policies and procedures Leasing: Draft lease proposals and manage the full lease lifecycle Ensure all leasing documentation is executed, registered, and stored accurately in Yardi and the intranet Maintain lease trackers and attend leasing and tenancy coordination meetings Liaise with external legal teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless lease processing and compliance Asset Management: Deliver monthly critical date reports and track key milestones including expiries, rent reviews, and options Ensure all compliance documents are received and uploaded prior to tenancy commencement Oversee fit-out incentive tracking and manage associated approvals Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements About You Experience in a retail property or leasing administration role Proficient in lease interpretation with a strong grasp of leasing processes Working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act (highly regarded) Strong communication and organisational skills High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Previous experience with Yardi is highly desirable If you’re a proactive, detail-oriented leasing professional ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
