Are you a dynamic Property Lawyer ready to step into a pivotal role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented landlord and development business? Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience to take ownership of all legal aspects relating to their property portfolio and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be deeply embedded in the business, working across every stage of the property lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage legal matters related to property acquisition, development, construction, leasing, and renewals. Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across the entire portfolio. Lead legal aspects of closing deals, including contract negotiation and due diligence. Advise on legal matters relating to insurance, marketing, and banking. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic business goals. Act as a trusted advisor on risk, structure, and long-term legal strategy. What We’re Looking For: A qualified lawyer with at least 3 years’ experience in property law. Strong experience across acquisitions, developments, and commercial leasing. Commercial awareness and the ability to advise on a wide range of matters affecting a landlord-led business. Confident, proactive, and capable of working independently with senior stakeholders. Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is a plus. Why Join?
