Trident Services is currently recruiting for an Aviation Cleaning Supervisor on a Full-Time basis. The position is listed as a Hybrid role as 3 days a week will be supervising the cleaning team, while 2 days you will be "on the tools". About the Role As an Aviation Cleaning Supervisor at Brisbane Airport, you’ll play a vital role in creating safe, clean, and memorable travel experiences for passengers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness throughout the airport, ensuring the environment is always welcoming. The Roster DAY TIME LOCATION TASK MON 1400-2136 DTB Leave Relief TUE 1430-2206 DTB Supervisor WED 1400-2136 DTB Leave Relief THU RDO FRI RDO SAT 0600-1400 DTB Supervisor SUN 0600-1400 DTB Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the BAC Operations Manager, you will be responsible for, Overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations Managing shift rosters including core and Adhoc shifts Providing leadership and operational support to cleaning employees Managing quality systems to ensure compliance Service delivery quality assurance including auditing and reporting requirements About You: Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task Strong customer engagement skills and a positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment Detail-oriented and committed to workplace health and safety Open to learning and growing in the cleaning industry Essential Requirements: Ability to successfully pass a Criminal History Check , Drug and Alcohol Screening , and Medical Assessments Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal History Clearance) Hold an unrestricted Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle Strong work ethic and punctuality a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Skills & Experience: High level of presentation and cleanliness Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods Friendly, approachable, and happy disposition Why Work with Trident?
