Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue sales contracts and supporting documents Maintain up-to-date CRM (Onsite Companion) and internal databases Track and report on contract execution progress for the Sales and Operations teams Liaise with land developers and external agents to gather essential documentation (e.g. titles, plans, covenant info, registration updates) Manage workflow and documentation for new estates and land stages Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and ethical standards Provide support for ongoing sales campaigns, launches, and special projects What You Need: 2 years’ experience in real estate, property, sales, contracts, or construction admin Strong organisational and file management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to manage competing deadlines with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication A proactive, solutions-focused approach What’s in it for You?
