Why This Role Matters as an Educational Leader , you're not just supporting learning—you’re shaping it. You'll work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to lead curriculum, inspire a passionate team of educators, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. This is your opportunity to: Lead curriculum development and implementation with a strong educational vision. Inspire and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, child-led programs. Collaborate with families, communities, and other education professionals. Help drive continuous improvement as part of the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan. What You'll Need: A Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Proven experience as an Educational Leader or in a leadership role, with a passion for working on the floor and in collaboration with teams.
