About the Role As a Business Analyst, you will be supporting corporate systems within a technically diverse team. This includes troubleshooting, system enhancements, stakeholder engagement, and documentation across identity and service management functions. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions and improvements, ensuring systems are not only operational but also evolving to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Resolve escalated technical and business issues from ICT teams and external vendors Provide accurate updates and resolutions to stakeholders Perform system administration and monitoring Participate in incident, change, problem, and knowledge management Create and deliver training materials for system users Support system transition tasks: documentation, QA checks, and handovers Develop technical and business documentation (e.g., specifications, test guides) Work closely with developers and mentor junior team members What We’re Looking For Proven experience in business analysis within enterprise environments Skilled in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and documentation Solid application testing experience, including writing training/testing materials Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience working with software vendors High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Familiarity with identity and access management systems (desirable) Experience in regulated sectors or government environments (desirable) Understanding of ITSM tools and knowledge base systems (desirable) Mandatory Requirements Valid National Police Clearance (must be provided) Full working rights in Australia Located in Darwin, Northern Territory or Open to Relocation To Apply Please submit the following documents: Your updated resume A short cover letter outlining your relevant experience A copy of your National Police Clearance A brief statement of your availability and work capacity Examples of previous collaboration with developers on complex systems Interested?
