From day one, we’ll support you by recruiting an Operations Coordinator and a Business Development Manager to share the load. You’ll have gear on the ground ready to get on site. All your rental agreements will be handled at the HO level, so you won't have to worry about wasting time on administrative tasks that don’t move the needle. What We’re Looking For Someone ideally from hire, trades, transport, or similar. A practical leader with strong operations or workshop experience. Great communicator with natural leadership instincts and solid organisational skills.
