About the role: As Centre Director of our wonderful 123-place , Bondi Junction , your responsibility and time will be spent on staff and their development and operations of the centre. About you: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA Approved Qualifications Accepted) is mandatory. Experience with staff development & leadership - lead your team to excel in their careers. Proven ability to build strong relationships with families and children, driving family retention and occupancy. Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP Outstanding level of verbal and written communication Strong computer skills Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates. Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Permanent Visa. Current Working with Children Check.
