The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Floating Centre Manager to join our team across sites at Heatherton, Mitcham, Hallam, and Knoxfield. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team, significantly impacting the day-to-day operational running of the site. This permanent full-time role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within the AMA Group. Role Responsibilities Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, meeting AMA and Work Provider quality standards. Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, quality assurance inspections, and repairs to pre-accident condition. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional service to clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions. Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: Ensure site profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using available tools to monitor performance. Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing levels and processes, and proactively build positive relationships with work providers. Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain a safe site by adhering to WHS policies and procedures, and report and address safety incidents or near misses immediately.
