What You’ll Be Doing Develop and implement innovative wholesale strategies aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and commercial goals. Identify and secure new international accounts while nurturing key relationships with leading retailers and premium boutiques. Manage monthly collection drops with wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with marketing calendars and product launches. Lead seasonal showroom appointments, sell-through analysis, and post-season reviews. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, planning, marketing, and logistics teams to align sales execution with product releases. Utilise data and insights to forecast, plan, and drive sell-through across regions. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all accounts represent the brand’s values and visual identity. Who You Are? A strategic thinker with 3 years’ experience in wholesale or account management within fashion (apparel or resortwear). Skilled at managing drops-based collection calendars with wholesale partners. Strong relationships with Australian and international premium retailers. Analytical and commercially minded with strong reporting and Excel skills. Experienced with platforms like JOOR, I8, or Niche (preferred but not essential). Passionate about fashion, sustainability, and delivering an exceptional brand experience.
