About the Role We're looking for a PM Kitchen Operations Manager to lead our evening production shift and help us take our kitchen operations to the next level. This is not just a keep the kitchen running role you'll be responsible for: Holding team standards across quality, hygiene, speed, and safety Coaching and leading ~20 staff across ~18 stations (mostly assembly work) Implementing people and process improvements that lift efficiency, reduce waste, and improve flow You'll report directly to our Head of Operations and work closely with the CEO and HR to help shape the future of production at Feedwell. This role has strong growth potential for the right person, it's a stepping stone to a broader Operations Manager position across all shifts.
