This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering Lawn mowing, edging, and turf care Soil and mulch preparation Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment Following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment Supporting your Team Leader and working effectively with your crew What You’ll Need Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance (preferred) Physically fit – able to lift, bend, kneel, and work in all weather Reliable, motivated, and team-focused Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard Required: Valid Driver’s Licence White Card Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Green by Nature?
