About the Role RSL LifeCare is seeking an experienced or emerging Facility Manager to lead our 79-bed residential aged care home, Sir Leslie Morshead Manor in Lyneham. This opportunity has arisen following the retirement of a highly respected leader who has served the home for over 10 years. As Facility Manager , you’ll oversee all aspects of operational, clinical, and team performance: Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Manage compliance, accreditation, and resident safety Drive financial and workforce performance aligned with Aged Care Standards Build a positive, engaged culture across the home Foster continuous improvement and service excellence. About You You may be: An experienced Facility Manager seeking a meaningful role with a not-for-profit provider, or A Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience, ready to step into your first permanent Facility Manager position Minimum 5 years' clinical experience (2 years in leadership) AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation A passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development.
