The Role We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Time Chef to bring fresh energy, creativity, and expertise to our kitchen team. You'll be part of a collaborative environment focused on delivering bold, globally-inspired dishes and standout wood-fired pizzas. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute high-quality dishes across a global-inspired menu Operate wood-fired ovens with precision and care Work closely with the Head Chef on menu planning and execution Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Help train and guide junior kitchen staff Adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy service environment What You’ll Bring A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or at least 1 year of experience as a Chef Proven ability to work with international flavours and wood-fired cooking A positive, proactive attitude with strong team collaboration Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative plating Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays We Offer Competitive salary of $70,000 – $80,000 super.
