About the role On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a dedicated, self-driven and highly organized Baker to be part of their growing team. Duties and Responsibilities Manage daily production – from fresh dough to final bake Be able to perform all baking functions. Mixing, processing and baking. Scaling and mixing of doughs, hand shaping of doughs Maintain stock levels and oversee ingredient ordering Assists with other bakery duties as needed.
