Description As a Customer Solutions Architect at Nokia, you will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with customers to understand their unique needs and translate them into tailored end-to-end solutions using our innovative product portfolio. You’ll partner with a dynamic global team within the Customer Services unit, focusing on architecture development and integration design. Your role will involve leading workshops, developing documentation, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems to enhance customer experiences with our cutting-edge Carrier SDN platform. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end NMS solutions tailored to customer needs, enhancing their operational efficiency. Conduct NSP consultation workshops to help customers fully leverage Nokia’s Carrier SDN platform capabilities. Provide expert guidance on NSP Application configuration, integration with third-party systems, and adherence to best practices. Develop and maintain high-level and low-level design documentation, including configuration and operational guidelines. Collaborate with global teams and Product Line Management to drive service delivery excellence and improve customer satisfaction. Stay current with trends in network management systems and contribute to the ongoing development of workshop materials and design templates. Engage directly with customers on-site to provide hands-on support and solutions tailored to their unique challenges. Foster a results-driven environment, encouraging collaboration and resourcefulness within the team to meet project objectives. Qualifications You have: Experience in consulting and providing professional services directly to external customers. Advanced knowledge of Network Management Systems concepts and protocols such as FCAPS, PCEP, NETCONF YANG, OpenFlow, SNMP. Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS Network Management and protocols: IPv4, BGP, MPLS, L2/L3 VPN. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. It would be nice if you also had: Knowledge of Optical Transport Networking: WDM, OTN, gMPLS. Experience with Service Assurance, OAM Testing & Reporting. Software development background in languages like Java, Python, or C++. IP, Virtualization, SDN, and OSS training/certification.
