This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with Product Owners, lead requirement gathering and business solutioning workshops, and drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities : - Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product Owners (PO) to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business goals. - Backlog Management: Conduct backlog grooming sessions in collaboration with PO to maintain a clear and actionable roadmap using tools like Jira. - Workshop Leadership: Drive requirement gathering and business solutioning workshops, such as design thinking and user story mapping sessions, to identify and implement effective solutions. - Process Establishment: Develop and refine business processes, guidelines, and frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency. - Functional Expertise: Provide robust functional solutions (e.g., policy administration, claims processing) that meet business needs and drive project success whilst maintaining the OOTB Goal. - Knowledge Sharing: Lead knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g., lunch-and-learns, webinars) to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Scrum Participation: Actively participate in scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint reviews, to ensure smooth project execution. - Progress Monitoring: Monitor and track the progress of the delivery team using specific metrics or KPIs to ensure timely and quality outcomes. - Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrate work results to the Product Owner and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively. - SME Collaboration: Organize sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather transformation and other business rules. Qualifications : - Extensive IT Experience: Proven experience with Guidewire and a strong background in the Policy & Claims Insurance domain. - Domain Certifications: Insurance Domain Certification such as AINS, FIII, CPU, or additional relevant certifications like CPCU, ARM. - Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas. Proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau is a plus. - Guidewire Certifications: Guidewire certification (CC/PC/BC) - ACE certification, with the latest Cloud Release. Multiple certifications preferred focus on PolicyCenter. - Advanced Product Design: Expert knowledge in Advanced Product Design (APD).
