The Role As the Banqueting Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day kitchen operations across a busy events and conferencing department. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on delivering high-volume, high-quality food experiences. You'll oversee a core team with additional support pulled in during peak times, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all functions. Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll be key in maintaining kitchen standards, managing costs, and mentoring future leaders.
