Pay rates from $40 - $80 per hour (Weekend and Public Holiday loadings apply) Friday - Monday roster, 06:30 - 17:30 Opportunities to gain a permanent position What you will be doing: Leading and managing the daily kitchen operations Supervising and rostering a team of kitchen staff Ensuring compliance with QA, WH&S, HACCP, and Food Safety regulations Assisting in menu design, changes, and implementation Liaising professionally with clients and residents Delivering high-quality, well-presented meals in line with aged care food standards. What we need from you: Commercial cookery or hospitality qualifications preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Understanding of Aged Care accreditation standards and food service guidelines Experience in large volume cooking Knowledge of Infection Control Must be double COVID-19 vaccinated Ready to Apply?
