We're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Lead/Architect to spearhead solutioning efforts across RFPs, pre-sales engagements, and enterprise-level implementations. About the Role You'll be the driving force, leading the charge on designing and architecting robust solutions that deliver real value. You'll work across a variety of Salesforce clouds — including Agentforce, Sales, Service, and Experience — bringing your deep expertise to the table. What You'll Do Lead pre-sales and RFP solutioning, from consulting with customers, initial concept to technical presentations and demos. Architect and design scalable, secure, high-performance and end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet customers’ business needs. Work in close collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Solution Engineering, and Product teams to position winning proposals. Act as a thought leader, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies. Oversee the architecture during project delivery, ensuring everything aligns with the proposed solutions. What We're Looking For You'll have over a decade of experience with Salesforce, including at least five years in an architect/solution lead role. Demonstrated experience with Agentforce and Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing. Experience responding to RFPs and working in a pre-sales capacity. You're a confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills. Salesforce certifications like Application Architect or System Architect are highly regarded.
