About the role: We are now offering OSHC services at Kincumber Public School and we are looking for a supportive, caring and fun-loving OSH Coordinator to join our team. The OSHC is open before school from 6:30am to 8:30am and After school from 2:40pm to 6pm Monday to Friday. Our OSHC’s offer a safe environment for children, and we encourage our Coordinators to create a place for children to have fun and feel included. This role can be taken as a full-time permanent term role or you can have the ability to work at our other centres during vacation time. Duties: Engaging, implementing, and evaluating the program to ensure it caters for the interests and needs of school age children and meets the requirements of the 'My Time - Our Place' Framework. Understanding the requirements of being the Nominated Supervisor under the Education and Care Services National Regulations. Ensuring compliance to the National Quality Standards and the Regulations. Building ongoing positive relationships with the schools, families, and employees. Working on administrative tasks and efficient day to day operation of the service Requirements: Working with Children Check. Completion of CHCPRT025 "Identify & report children and young people at risk" certificate or willingness to obtain Current First Aid and CPR certification Qualifications- must have a Diploma or Cert IV in OSHC. Experience in working in OSHC. Leadership experience within an OSHC environment. Skills and experience in team leadership.
