WINR Carpentry Pty Ltd, based in Sydney, is a trusted carpentry and construction company known for high-quality workmanship and reliable service based in Brookvale NSW 2100. Since its establishment in 2023, it has delivered tailored solutions to residential and commercial clients across the greater Sydney region. The company specialises in a wide range of services including framing, decking, pergolas, cladding, renovations, and custom timber work, and supplies premium timber products and bespoke woodwork. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Interpret construction drawings and plans to accurately determine the project scope, material requirements, and task sequencing for efficient project execution. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and other materials using both hand and power tools to build structural elements such as walls, floors, roofs, and frameworks for residential and commercial buildings. Install interior fixtures including doors, windows, skirting boards, architraves, and cabinetry with precision to ensure correct alignment, secure fitting, and high-quality finishes. Construct and install external timber features such as decks, pergolas, and privacy screens, ensuring durability, structural integrity, and alignment with client specifications. Perform formwork carpentry by constructing moulds and frameworks for concrete slabs and structural supports, ensuring precise measurements and proper reinforcement placement. Conduct repairs and renovations by identifying damaged or deteriorated timber components and replacing or restoring them to enhance safety, function, and aesthetics. Operate carpentry tools and machinery, including saws, drills, nail guns, and sanding equipment, safely and efficiently to maintain high productivity and meet project deadlines. Ensure compliance with Australian building codes and standards, following all safety regulations and implementing industry best practices across all job sites. Collaborate with project managers, builders, and other trades, coordinating tasks and resolving issues to ensure timely and seamless project delivery. Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free worksite, promoting workplace safety and efficiency throughout the duration of each project.
