The Role Joining our client’s Construction and Services department, the Boilermaker plays a critical role in the construction and maintenance of all shared facilities throughout the wider organisation. This includes large-scale project work and minor repairs and maintenance on feed mill and processing facilities. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the Boilermaker’s key responsibilities include: Perform TIG, MIG, and stick welding on various material including Stainless Steel and Aluminium. Undertake general maintenance on various facilities including feed mills, conveyors, silos, pipes, elevators, stairways, and other access equipment. Partake in large-scale projects surrounding the construction of industrial sheds, milling plants, housing, and farming infrastructure. Contribute to continuous improvement strategies, professional training sessions, and safety workshops.
