We’re partnering with a leading architectural practice with studios across Australia to find a Project Leader to join their Brisbane team. This award-winning studio is known for its collaborative culture, research-led design approach, and commitment to creating spaces with social and environmental value particularly across education, residential, community, and commercial sectors. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of significant projects, guiding them from early concept through to completion. You'll play a key leadership role within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality outcomes while fostering a supportive and creative studio environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead end-to-end project delivery across design, documentation, and construction phases Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact Coordinate internal resources, consultants, authorities, and contractors Drive design quality while ensuring program, budget, and compliance requirements are met Conduct design reviews, manage project resourcing, and chair team meetings Provide mentoring, guidance, and support to graduates and team members Oversee documentation output and ensure alignment with project goals and regulatory standards What We’re Looking For: Registered Architect (or working towards registration) with 6 years of experience Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects independently Proficiency in Revit is essential; familiarity with BIM processes is highly regarded Sound knowledge of NCC, local regulations, and contract administration (preferably AS2124 or AS4000) Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience coordinating with consultants and managing client expectations Ability to balance design intent with practical and technical constraints A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for thoughtful design Why You’ll Love It: Join a national practice known for design excellence and social impact Work on rewarding projects that prioritise sustainability and community benefit Be supported by experienced Directors and team leaders who value career development Enjoy a vibrant studio culture in Brisbane’s CBD with hybrid work options How to apply: Press the apply button and submit your resume.
