About the role This full-time Regional Operations Supervisor role at Grace Records Management (Australia) Pty Ltd offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the R ecords Management, Digitisation and Records Logistics. Based in Alice Springs, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's regional warehousing, storage and distribution facilities, as well as day to day listing, sentencing and digitisation of records What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehousing, storage, distribution, listing, sentencing and digitisation staff to ensure operational efficiency and productivity targets are met Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse layout, inventory management and material flow processes Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement Provide leadership, training and development opportunities for staff Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Listing and Sentencing of Records using the Records Disposal Schedules.
