Up to $75K salary package Fantastic mentoring from a supportive director and team Strong career progression pathway Entry level candidates will be considered however perfect for someone ready to move up from reception or leasing The Role: Assist a Senior Property Manager with a portfolio of 300 properties Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections Collect rent and minimise rental arrears Negotiate leases and rent reviews Tenant and landlord communication Work closely with the PM and leasing teams The Person: Previous real estate experience preferred however not essential Certificate of Registration (COR) required Professional presentation and confident communication skills A valid driver’s license and reliable car Eagerness to learn, grow, and take the next step in property management If you're ready to grow your real estate career in a supportive and high-performing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
