Engineering Trades Australia is on the lookout for a hands-on, switched on operator to join the Dump Leach crew in the Pilbara. This is a physically active role suited to someone with a civil or labouring background and basic operating experience. What will you do be doing? You will be working in the Leaching area maintaining systems, operating small plants and assisting with general site tasks such as; Assist in stacking and shaping crushed ore on leach pads Set up drip lines or sprinklers to apply leach solution Check flow rates, pond levels, and pad drainage Start, stop, and inspect pumps and lines Clean and unblock pipes, check for leaks and spills. What are the details? Location: Pilbara (Gold mine) Start date: ASAP Roster: 8:6 dayshift only - ongoing Rates: $50ph flat 12-hour shifts FIFO from Perth only! Will lead to permanent employment with the client! Weekly pay- Every Friday! Working with a supportive crew with good culture! What will you need to be successful? Australian PR or Citizenship - WHV not accepted! Civil Mining / Laboring / Operating experience Bobcat /Skid Steer ticket - Essential! Current Driver license - HR Preferred! White card Clean Police clearance - Within 12 months! Ability to operate loaders and use forklifts! Physically fit and happy to do manual tasks! Strong safety focus and positive team attitude!
