This role will be tailored to the successful candidate’s skills in educational leadership, including leading a team of educators to implement the high-quality program. The leader will be responsible for: Designing the educational program in collaboration with the Saints Academy Director team Supervision, safety, and well-being of children Leading and supporting staff Administering enrolments and building relationships with families Creating engaging learning environments Additional responsibilities include managing all aspects of Saints Academy operations, ensuring compliance with laws and standards, overseeing staff, managing budgets, and fostering community relationships. The Director reports to the Head of Saints Academy and upholds the 7 Quality Areas of service excellence. Key responsibilities include: Acting as Responsible Person during hours of operation Building positive relationships with families and the community Leading staff and ensuring high-quality programs Maintaining compliance with regulations and standards Participating in staff development and performance reviews Qualifications required include a Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood, current police and working with children checks, and ACECQA-approved Child Protection qualifications.
