SMA is seeking a dedicated and reliable Level 3 Responder / Paramedic to join our team in the Flemington region . If you’re an early riser who is committed to high-quality patient care and confident working independently as a single operator, this is the perfect opportunity for you. About the Role When we say early, we mean early. 3:00 AM starts , with most shifts finishing around 10:00 AM Single operator shifts, so you must be comfortable working independently Provide high-quality first aid coverage in a fast-paced environment Shifts are available 7 days a week, and we’re seeking a commitment of at least 2 mornings per week Casual contract with flexibility Additional opportunity to support our NEPT (Non-Emergency Patient Transport) operations based in Kealba About You Hold a minimum diploma qualification (e.g. Diploma of Paramedical Science or equivalent) Reliable, professional and team-oriented Willing to support both first aid and NEPT services as required Able to meet all compliance requirements, including: • First Aid and CPR • National Police Check • Working With Children Check (for paid employment) • Mask Fit certification • Driving record • Full Category A immunisations, including 3x COVID vaccinations and annual influenza Why Join SMA?
