Job Description Reporting to the Senior Electrical Engineer and operating from the North Maintenance Facility you will be responsible for providing strong leadership to achieve outstanding results for the Operational Technology team. About the Role As the Operational Technology Coordinator, your role is to: Provide strong and effective leadership and coaching to a team of OT supervisor and OT technicians to influence positively the operations and effectively manage the Operational Technology System across the site. Oversee, plan and implement improvements to optimise performance to leverage the production results, and maintaining best practices in the areas of health, safety, environment and community. Support operational and divisional budget in terms of managing resources effectively including monitoring and controlling costs. Lead the development and continuous improvement of standards, procedures, projects and processes. Drive continuous business improvement and quality assurance of maintenance performance. Oversee OT maintenance, ensuring all work is completed as scheduled to quality and safety standards whilst maintaining maintenance systems and ensuring integrity of recorded data. Offer your team coaching and support to drive high performance by leveraging off your previous leadership experience. Be accountable for advising a team of maintainers and supervisor to achieve agreed maintenance goals. Be accountable for maintaining a safe workplace, providing visible leadership and coordinating the Field Maintenance team to achieve agreed KPI’s. Effectively establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure consistency and accuracy on operational data, and reports, to support transversal processes such as planning, maintenance, business improvement, environmental compliance, etc. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and communicate risks associated with health, safety and environmental impacts. Roster and Location Monday to Friday professional roster Based on site at HVO North (off Lemington Road) About You The successful applicant will have: A relevant trade or tertiary qualifications. Strong maintenance experience and proven success in a similar role. Previous experience working with Operational Technology systems. Demonstrated knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations, Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Act and Regulations and relevant Codes of Practice The ability to work in a fast paced & dynamic environment Computer literacy in Excel and Word are also required with proven experience.
