Your part in our UnitingCare team Establish first contact with the family according to the priority and risk assessment level Contact may include telephone, a letter or a cold call home visit if contact by phone/letter has not been effective or if priority contact is required Undertake initial assessments with the family in the home or in an agreed location, establishing need and the required level of support and assistance What makes a difference for us?
