About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic and commercially savvy National Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy channel across Australia. This role sits on the Commercial Leadership Team and heads up the dedicated Pharmacy Account Management team. You’ll shape and execute the sales strategy, lead national promotions, drive strong ROI, and elevate our partnerships with key pharmacy banners and brokers. This role can be offered as full-time or part-time (ideally 4 days per week or 9 day fortnight). Ideally, you will: Previous experience as an Account Manager (i.e. Sales, Business Development, Category) in a Pharmacy environment Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a People leadership role Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Account Manager role Minimum of 5 years’ Channel experience in dealing with key Pharmacy wholesalers and Customers Exceptional presentation skills – ability to engage and influence audience Strong financial intellect, particularly with respect to customer/account profitability Highly motivated to deliver results Strong organisational and time management skills Relationship builder – strong stakeholder management skills – both internal and external Influential communicator – superior communication skills, both verbal and written Seasoned negotiator, can deliver win-win outcomes Experience using and reporting on Sales data (i.e. Aztec, Neilson) Microsoft Office – intermediate to advanced
