This includes picking and packing stock, unloading containers, and operating plant and equipment. The warehouse team is responsible for our click-and-collect, which includes face-to-face interactions with customers and ensuring alignment with the values of En Gold. The warehouse team is also responsible for quality control for all products to ensure customers are 100% satisfied and the quality of our products is consistently of the highest standard. KPI's Ensure all inbound & outbound work allocation for the day is met or exceeded. Ensure effective pick & pack accuracy is checked and cross-checked to ensure 100% accuracy before departure. Ensure all damages and incidents are reported and participate in remedies as required. Key Duties Forklift Operation, including high reach Picking and packing orders Overseeing and organising daily distribution lists. Ensuring all orders are packed and cross-checked, ready to be dispatched. Pallet strapping Local deliveries Customer Interactions & Support Interact with customers in click and collect (Loading product into customers' vehicles) Uphold a professional and courteous attitude with all customers and represent En Gold to the highest possible standards. Internal Support Reporting all responsibilities directly to the Warehouse Manager Work alongside the Warehouse Manager, corresponding to all orders that have been received Liaising with the Client Care team to maximise customer satisfaction Ensure you and the warehouse manager work closely to remedy particular situations as client care advises. Safety Safe use of plant and equipment, e.g. Forklift Ensure all licences and tickets acquired for operating MHE are valid and current. Ensuring proper disposal of waste and rubbish Working safely within a team to maximise safe and efficient operations Ensure participation in onsite safety OHS meetings and site plan Ensure prompt reporting is being conducted to the warehouse manager immediately Ensure the workspace is free from hazards or minimised to the best of your ability Participate in on-site safe operating procedures where required.
