Based at our new Silverwater warehouse, the Delivery and Warehouse Coordinator role will be an integral contributor our team and the fast-growing data centre, data, and communications industry. This full-time position is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and ready to be a key player in a busy, progressive team. In this role, you'll: Provide transport for equipment and materials across the Sydney metro area, ensuring timely and secure deliveries. Assist with the efficient handling of deliveries, including loading, unloading, and organising stock. Support the team with general office coordination and administrative functions. Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and running smoothly while following safety procedures. Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment, following reporting procedures and guidelines. Work with the operations team to provide support for deliveries and warehouse tasks. Adhere to all WHS regulations, including safe lifting techniques and handling procedures. What you'll bring: Hold a current drivers licence and be experienced driving a ute and towing a box trailer. Possess a current White Card , valid for NSW. Hold a current forklift licence or be willing to obtain one. Have proven experience in warehouse operations, stock handling and making deliveries in a fast-paced environment. Bring a strong understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines , including safe lifting and manual handling techniques. Be proficient with using the MS 365 (Office) suite. Have the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines. Be a strong communicator, with the ability to work both independently and within a team. Have a proactive, with a can-do attitude.
