As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will lead with purpose, coach with compassion, and empower teams to deliver excellence - improving lives through knowledge, capability, and care. You will support staff through a blended learning approach, combining real-time, on the floor coaching, mentoring, and formal training. Working closely with Governance and Operations teams, you will assess service needs and deliver targeted education that strengthens day to day clinical practice and service quality. Key Responsibilities • Build supportive stakeholder partnerships at all levels (frontline staff, general management team, senior leadership team) • Mentor and coach staff to meet clinical, compliance and legislative requirements • Work with the leadership team to meet education / training compliance in line with internal and external audit requirements • Identify learning needs and implement responsive, practical education strategies • Provide real-time clinical support to enhance day to day practice • Collaborate with internal leaders and external providers to deliver best practice learning programs • Maintain accurate training and competency records • Support continuous improvement through learning and service feedback What You Will Bring (Mandatory) • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) • A strong clinical background with recent hands-on experience in aged care • A passion for mentoring, coaching, and building team capability • Knowledge of adult learning principles and competency-based assessment • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and digital literacy skills Highly Regarded (Desirable) • Postgraduate qualifications in education, nursing, or clinical leadership • Experience coaching clinical leaders or leading quality improvement initiatives • Background in complex or multidisciplinary healthcare settings Our commitment to diversity We welcome and encourage applications from people across our diverse community, especially from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants.
