Help lead the future of culturally safe care for Aboriginal Elders. Wyanga Aboriginal Aged Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our clinical team. This key role ensures our Elders receive high-quality, culturally appropriate care grounded in community values, safety, and dignity. As the Clinical Care Manager, you will provide leadership, oversight, and clinical governance across our in-home aged care services. You’ll support our Carers, collaborate with Client Support Officers, and work closely with our Program team to deliver care that aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards and Wyanga’s mission. Key Responsibilities Clinical Governance & Compliance • Ensure Wyanga’s care practices meet all clinical regulatory standards. • Lead audits, reviews, and oversee documentation. Supervision & Leadership • Supervise and mentor Carers and Support Workers. • Conduct case discussions and performance reviews. Training & Upskilling • Develop annual training plans. • Address skill gaps and deliver culturally safe education. Client Safety & Clinical Risk • Contribute to risk assessments and support care planning. • Monitor high-needs or complex clients. Complaints & Incident Management • Respond to clinical complaints and investigate concerns. • Lead corrective actions and monitor progress. About You • Registered Nurse (AHPRA) • Clinical leadership experience in aged care • Strong knowledge of ACQS & compliance frameworks • Skilled in mentoring and training care teams • Understanding of Aboriginal health & cultural safety • Excellent communication & organisation Why Join Wyanga?
