You’ll also work closely with site management , providing hands-on support to monitor, guide, and encourage best-practice safety standards . What You’ll Be Doing: ✅ Embedding a positive HSEQ culture —where safety is second nature. ✅ Coaching, mentoring, and supporting site management to keep teams engaged in safety. ✅ Monitoring site tasks and providing proactive advice on risks and controls. ✅ Investigating incidents (without the blame game) and ensuring lessons are learned. ✅ Driving continuous improvement with smart, practical strategies.
