Program Support Officer – Rainbow Region Kids Use your admin skills to make a difference! This well-established, accredited program provides before school care, after school care, and vacation care for primary school-aged children at various locations across the region. Our dedicated team creates inclusive, safe, and enriching environments for children to thrive — and now we're seeking a committed Program Support Officer to join our Lismore office team (30 hours per week). Your Role As Program Support Officer, you will provide vital administration support to the Rainbow Region Kids team, helping ensure smooth delivery of our services across the region. Your responsibilities will include: Enrolments, bookings, attendance confirmation and support through the OWNA childcare management system Fee allocation, receipting and reconciliation Administering inclusion support hours online Supporting families and carers with enrolment and account queries via digital platforms Generating analytical data and reports from OWNA as required Supporting general office and team administration Building and maintaining positive relationships with families, schools and stakeholders Participating in staff meetings and additional duties as requested What We Offer Attractive salary packaging options (take home more pay!)
