This may include environmental works, maintenance of built infrastructure and visitor facilities, cleaning and maintenance at campsites, walking tracks and road management, visitor engagement, recovery from damage caused by fire and extreme weather events as required. A key focus of the role is to contribute to the effective delivery of the road and track management program and the associated operation and maintenance of associated plant and machinery. We're looking for someone with: Practical skills in the maintenance and operation of plant, machinery, equipment and tools. Demonstrated skills in the maintenance and construction of park assets such as signs, campgrounds, fences, and vehicle tracks. Experience in customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. The availability to work weekends and public holidays if required.
