Backed by the Brunswick Boat Group, the world’s leading marine product group, we have big ambitions and are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help us design and evolve the software that powers our world-leading electric hydrofoils. This role is based in Byron Bay, but there is also an option to work from our Melbourne office. About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to help drive the next generation of the Flite App and Cloud platform , delivering seamless user experiences and scalable cloud infrastructure. You’ll work across Flutter mobile apps and AWS-backed cloud systems, and ideally bring awareness (or experience) across the firmware layer , enabling smooth integration with hardware features used on-water. This is a hands-on development role in a customer-obsessed , innovation-driven environment.
