Description Your Key Responsibilities In this diverse and rewarding role, you'll: Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations, covering retail, warehouse, and sales Work closely with the Branch Manager to help achieve branch KPIs, budgets, and profitability targets Provide leadership and mentoring to a small, hardworking team Support the team with training, coaching, and performance development Deliver a consistently high level of customer and supplier service Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and product availability Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and reporting Help with workforce planning, rostering, and administration Skills And Experiences What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have leadership experience in a retail, trade, or operational setting (truck, trailer, or auto parts experience a plus!)
