About the Role As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational, personnel, and compliance matters within the facility. You’ll lead with integrity, empathy and confidence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident-focused care, while managing budgets, regulatory compliance and team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional care and support services in accordance with organisational goals and aged care standardsPromote the facility to potential residents and their families with warmth and professionalismEnsure operational compliance with the Aged Care Act 1997, Quality Standards, and organisational policiesDrive continuous improvement through audits, quality systems and accreditation readinessManage financial performance to meet approved budgets and funding objectivesProvide leadership, coaching and direction to multidisciplinary staff, fostering a culture of care, integrity, and collaborationEnsure mandatory reporting and documentation is completed with timeliness and accuracyRepresent the facility in internal strategy and external partnerships, including health professionals and community services What You Will Bring Essential: Bachelor of Nursing (Registered Nurse)Current AHPRA registrationMinimum 3 years' experience in residential aged careSound knowledge of aged care legislative frameworks, funding, and accreditation standardsStrong clinical skills in line with current best practiceProven leadership and people management experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCurrent National Police Check (or ability to obtain) Financial management, budgeting and rostering expertiseExperience leading through organisational change Why Join Us?
