About the Role: This position offers exposure to a wide range of land advisory and property development projects, with a focus on market insights, economic trends, and strategic property guidance. You’ll be working closely with clients, developers and stakeholders to support key decisions around acquisitions, disposals, and development potential. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Market Insight : Carrying out in-depth research on land and property trends to support client advice and internal strategy. Proposal Preparation : Developing commercial sales proposals and identifying value-add opportunities for clients. Valuation Support : Advising on property and land values, while assisting clients through acquisition, sale, and development pathways. Strategic Consulting : Interpreting planning frameworks, zoning regulations, and usage potential to inform land use recommendations. Reporting : Preparing well-articulated reports that communicate key findings, methodologies, and recommendations. Portfolio Analysis : Evaluating large-scale landholdings and urban fringe assets for development viability and market positioning. Client Engagement : Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through proactive, informed and solution-driven communication. What You’ll Bring: A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in land advisory, property economics, or development consultancy. Tertiary qualifications in Property, Economics, Commerce, or related disciplines are highly regarded. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
