Build Up Recruitment is working with a well-regarded construction company in the Sutherland Shire. They deliver a mix of commercial, government and local council projects including fit-outs, refurbishments and heritage works. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects and confidently manage timelines, budgets and stakeholders across multiple active sites. Your Responsibilities Delivering commercial construction projects from start to finish Managing subcontractors, budgets, and program schedules Overseeing WHS, environmental and quality compliance Coordinating with site managers, consultants and suppliers Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships Travelling to regional NSW sites when required Expectations At least 4 years of experience in commercial construction Strong knowledge of MW21, GC21 and subcontractor agreements Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects at once Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects and Hammertech First Aid and CPR certification Full driver’s licence and ability to obtain a NSW Police Clearance Must be an Australian citizen On Offer Immediate start with a steady pipeline of work Strong, supportive team with a positive work culture Great mix of project types and sizes Competitive salary based on experience If you're a capable Project Manager looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
